Conor McGregor Returns To Ireland Following Bus Attack In Brooklyn
Earlier this month, Conor McGregor engaged in an altercation with UFC rival Khabib Nurmagomedov, which saw the former mixed martial arts poster child throw a metal dolly and other various ephemera through a bus window. Two passengers in the vehicle were injured and sent to the hospital as a result, resulting in McGregor being charged with three counts of assault and one count of criminal mischief.
McGregor has since returned to his homeland, and was greeted by a swarm of paparazzi who were there to document the disgraced UFC fighter’s entrance into Ireland. Alongside girlfriend Dee Devlin and their 11 month-old son Conor Jr., McGregor greeted the swarm of paparazzi with a middle finger salute. Some regard the incident as having brought shame upon his homeland, which could explain his rather hostile demeanour.
After the former featherweight champion was initially released from jail on April 6, and promptly travelled to the Bahamas with Devlin and their toddler to relax in the Bahamian sun.
McGregor is due back in a Brooklyn court in June to be sentenced for his crime.
