B.o.B just released a new single called “God is Gracious,” where he thanks the man above for allowing him to prosper, despite being so different from his contemporaries.

“God is gracious, God is good / I thank God I made it out the hood / Misguided, misunderstood, eyes red like riding hood / Though around my hood I probably don’t get the hoorah I should / ‘Cause I don’t sound as Atlanta I don’t sound as hood / I don’t sound as gutter, I wasn’t around the crooks,” he raps.

These days, it’s difficult to tell how close Bobby Ray is with T.I., since he hasn’t shouted out Grand Hustle or been seen with Tip in a while. Maybe all of that will change as he releases more new music and gets closer to his next album coming out.
