President Obama White House Correspondents' Dinner

Celebrities across the land went on social media today to bid farewell to Barack Obama in the wake of Donald Trump taking over the White House.

Of course, Obama was by far, the coolest president ever—as it came to music anyway. His playlists were epic. He invited rappers to perform at the White House and he even picked Kendrick Lamar’s “How Much A Dollar Cost” as his favorite song of the year. No matter what you may think about his policies, the overall impact he had on culture has yet to even be measured.

From Rihanna to Kendrick Lamar, to Adele and John Legend, everyone was feeling pretty emotional about the departure of the Obamas. It was RiRi though, who said it best: “worst break up ever.”

We feel you, RiRi. Check out some of the farewell messages below.
