A$AP Bari Hit With a Lawsuit Over Sexual Assault

A$AP Bari, who is the head of VLONE clothing line, is being sued for allegedly sexually assaulting a woman he exposed while she was naked in a viral video.

To recap, a viral clip surfaced back in July of Bari pulling a blanket off of an unidentified woman as she laid in a bed and hitting her behind after she repeatedly asked him to stop. At the time, Bari issued a statement (via his publicist) stating that the video is “misleading” and the situation was amicably resolved by all parties.

But it looks like it hasn’t been resolved.

According to TMZ, the alleged victim filed a lawsuit anonymously, as Jane Doe, and claims that Bari sexually assaulted her. According to Doe, Bari bursted into the room and yelled at her, “You f—ed my assistant, now you are going to f— me.” She said that she screamed “no” and fled into the bathroom as Bari continued to yell, “I’m going to f— you, you are going to suck my d—.”

In the docs, Doe said that she was terrified that she would be raped and begged him to let her go. She alleges that Bari threw her out of the hotel room naked in the hallway. She also claims that Bari and a friend were both recording the humiliating scene with their phones.

Doe says she reported the incident to hotel security and asked them to call the police. However, according to the docs, when officers arrived, they deleted the video from A$AP Bari’s phone. It’s unclear why they would do that, but that’s what the victim is alleging.

Doe, who is represented by Marty Singer, said that Bari allegedly attacked her because she rejected him in a nightclub the previous evening. She also claims that his attorney pressured her to release a joint statement claiming that no assault occurred. She refused and is now seeking over $1 million in damages.

Attorneys for A$AP Bari had no comment on the matter.
